RETURN POLICY
These terms and conditions apply to the sale of all product that we sell on our site. By ordering any product on this site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions so please read carefully.

RETURNS & REMAKES
Social Order goes to great lengths to accurately display and describe our goods online. However, if you find your purchase is not suitable, we will only accept goods returned in proper condition as set out below. Please contact info@socialorder.com.au within 2 days of receiving the goods requesting a return/remake.

Each one of our dresses is custom made so unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. We do however offer an option to design a new dress of equal or lesser value. If you are unable to find a suitable dress replacement in our current dress collection, you can choose our 2 year store credit. Basically you have 2 years to find the perfect dress from the many collections we will be introducing.

We will only accept remakes on full priced goods under the following circumstances:

Proof of purchase (i.e. invoice, receipt, email confirmation)

The goods are received by us within (30) days from the delivery date

The original tags have not been removed

The goods have not been worn, used, washed or damaged

In the case of faulty goods, no attempt has been made to repair the goods

The cost of returning any goods to us will be covered by you.

We will only refund shipping charges if we’ve sent you the wrong item or if the item sent is deemed to be faulty.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THERE ARE NO RETURNS/REMAKES ON SALE ITEMS

If you have purchased a full priced item and would like to request a return please email info@socialorder.com.au

Do not send back any items without contacting us first and receiving a return authorisation.

FAULTY GOODS
All items are checked prior to dispatch and best measures are taken to ensure safe delivery.However, if you do receive faulty goods please notify us within 2 days of receiving your goods. We will only accept faulty goods returned in proper condition as set out below.

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items.

You will receive a full refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
